An RBG Services Consultant will conduct n intensive focused review of the Company’s control environment designed to identify issues, risks and opportunities for the organization. The review will identify risks that need to be addressed and opportunities for improvement and provide a project plan (road map) to address the risk and opportunities identified. Areas reviewed include:
- General Accounting – review controls covering Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Spreadsheets and separation of duties
- Order to Cash Cycle
- Procure to Pay Cycle
- Inventory controls
- Systems
